I have the large Humes & Berg 208 mute, which actually works very well in both my 4/4 HB-2 *AND* my 3/4 YCB-621!!!
It looks kinda funny sticking out of the 621 (the mute is almost as big as the horn itself!), but it sounds great and is it in tune! Also, it is not stuffy in the low register of either horn.
