Yeah, I know Delaney is retired from FSU. However, I think he still lives in the Tallahassee area, and I wouldn't be surprised if he still uses his faculty email account. Hell, it's worth a try.
And yeah, the tuba part is pretty minimal, it's really more a side show to the picc, but it's fun to play.
