I use these on my MW 2145
Eb - 345
D - 2345 with the fourth pulled or the note lipped down. if it's faster, I sometimes use 1345, which is flat, but not as flat as 2345 is sharp.
Db - I use 1345 with first slide pulled a lot and a little bit of lipping. with 12345 it is way flat.
