Usually when I have a problem with offbeats, it's because I'm not subdividing adequately. What I mean is that I'm letting myself get lazy about the exact placement of the offbeat in my mental metronome.

What I would do in this instance is to

1) think in more of a 2-beat feel. At mm=192, thinking every 8th note as an 8th note
may get a little cumbersome.
2) stop counting one-and-two-and-three-and-four-and, start thinking dot-dit-dit-dit
dot-dit-dit-dit. By thinking metronome "sounds" in my head, I feel more able to
keep the tempo more steady.
3) use my tongue in establishing the beat. In other words, set your tongue ON the
beat, and release the air OFF the beat. This takes some practice to keep from
dragging. Speaking of which...
4) don't let the tempo drag. Breathing on every beat will probably hurt you here,
especially up-tempo. Feel like you're rushing a little, and you'll probably be
right on.

That's what seems to work for me. If any of it helps you, let me know so that I won't feel so much like an oddball in my approach. :-\
