Search on Piccolo Press for the address in the Carolinas where you can send a check. I don't recall it, and the only address I have is in England.
It is self-published by Bevan (who IS Piccolo Press), so you won't find it in the bookstores. Though if Amazon has Stauffer's book, they should oughta have Bevan's.
Seeing the prices makes me wonder how badly I want to keep my first edition.
