1. Sorry, no info re: this horn. But as mentioned earlier by me (Rick D. has mentioned this before, also) the YFB-621 has the best low register of almost every F tuba I've personally played, regardless of size/make/model. The Willson F and the YFB-822 were also good. The others I recently played have a few weak notes around low CC/BBb that don't speak at all well.

2. Theoretically, a 6V F should have the best intonation in the low register. Maybe also true in practice. But this doesn't seem to correlate with improving the strength of the weak notes around CC/BBb, in my experience.

3. This having been said, many tubists seem to have learned to cope with this issue, and the audience can't tell these notes are weaker than the others. But extra work will be required by the player to accomplish this.
