I'm afraid the likelyhood of finding a tuba for $100 that could be put in playable condition are slim to none. From what I've observed, you will have to go to $1000 to get a playable horn. Now that I've said that, I'm sure 10 guys will dispute that by saying they got one for $395, but barring a really lucky find, not likely. Save you dollars and shop here and elsewhere.
