Speaking of Persichetti, much of the old "Andy Griffith Show" incidental music reminds me of Persichetti.
Does anyone know anything about the person who wrote the background music for that show, and with whom that person might have studied composition?
(Does anyone agree with me about that stuff sounding like Persichetti? - ' just curious as to whether others agree with my observation.)
