The Willson Eb. It has the largest range of dynamic of any Eb tuba I've played and it has really great intonation characteristics. The construction is top notch and the ergonomics are as well laid out as any other tuba I know of. For me, this tuba can be a smaller tuba or a larger one depending on how I want to use it. That versatility is important to me. If there is a downside to the Willson it is cost as they are pretty expensive. But, like the old adage says, you get what you pay for. I encourage you to try one yourself and see how they work for you, as you would any tuba. Good luck!
