I have a Perantucci PT-6 Rotary valve horn with gold lacquer
In the key of CC for sale. I was going to buy a hirsbrunner, but I played this horn,
and fell in love with it. Dan Perantoni (Professor of Tuba, Indiana
University School of Music) was going to buy this horn, but Since
I was going to play for him, he had Custom music, Detroit, MI Sell
it to me. It was the floor model there. These horns are made to sound
better than the models they sell to entice you into buying them. Most
of the guys in the studio agree that it plays as well as if not better
than a Hirsh. Thats why I hate to get rid of it. But my parents put a
lean on our house just to get the loan to pay for it. I love this horn,
but it's not for someone who just plays at the Tuba. It deserves better
than that. Its got 3 dings that could be taken out easliy. But I thought
it gave it character, So I left it as it was. Unless you've got a York,
you'll never play a horn like this one. Im asking for 10,000 (VERY Negotiable)
hard case and gig bag included, both in ablsolutely beautiful conditon.
The hard case is mint, because I only really used the gig bag. Im on AOL
alot. my screen name is Ozzy2ba. Got any questions? feel free to ask. It
was made in 97, and I bought it in August of 98. You can't go wrong with this horn. Forget Yamaha, VMI, Meinl,
Cerveny, etc.. The only Horns that compare to this are Hirsbrunners and
Yorks, and theyre Much more expensive than what I'm asking. and again,
the price is negotiable. The price im asking, however, is a steal.
if you want to more about it, you can email Dan Perantoni at dperanto(AT)indiana.edu... He only sings praise about it.... but hes on sabatical until april i believe
