I compared pictures on the web of your tuba and Rudy Meinl BBflat tuba's as well as the Cervney BBflat 601 4 valve rotary tuba. It's remarkable how closely your tuba matches the Cervney 601 http://www.amati.cz/english/production/instruments/files/cbb/cbb_601g.htm
and how little it looks like the Rudy Meinl BBflat tuba pictures on Tubamania's site.

Are you sure it's not a stencil Cervney or are there Rudy's that are copies of the 601?
