I did not know Boehm Meinl still made tubas. I have only seen one before, and that was played by an older gentleman who had played them in his Navy years. He liked them so much that he bought one after he retired from the military. He sounded pretty good on it and the instrument appeared to be well built. I wish I had asked him to play a couple of notes on it. I am kinda curious as to how it blew.
