Among the noticeable improvements in the Journal since Jerry Young returned as Editor include:
--More full-color features
--More attractive, substantial paper stock
--Much more diverse content
The latter point is reflected in the appointment of many assistant editors, each of whom focuses on a particular area of interest to T.U.B.A. members, such as jazz, schools, colleges and universities, orchestras, military bands, free-lancers, amateurs, historical insturments, new materials, etc.
