Maybe this is a dumb question, but what is this Chicago Civic thing? Is it like an all-city band in Chicago? We have something like that in Seattle, its really fun. I'm the pricipal tubist. Is there a membership fee for the Chicago Civic, because my parents are moving to Chicago and I don't know what to play in yet. Thanks!
