I almost bought one for myself because of their beautiful sound, but found the intonation not as secure as the Rudy 5/4 that I have. One of my students bought it, and plays well in tune on it but with more work than I want. The rotary horns are more to my liking than the piston version. Perhaps you can't have that kind of exciting sound in a horn that plays super in tune.
