Mr N has overseen the entire project. The horn is built to his designs as I understand it. He is also employed by Besson, presumably making more money than he did selling a few 4/4 instruments. Part of the deal is that he will discontinue 'his own' 4/4 horn...
I also understand it is Mr N's high standards which has caused such a delay with these instruments. Earlier versions coming from the factory weren't 'quite right' and so were sent back. We'd better hope the wait has been worth it. If the production horn is as good as the prototype it'll clean-up the 4/4 market at the price it's hopefully going for! :)
