There are several different brushes included in the package; two are double ended on plastic shafts so they won't scratch the valve casings and they have about a 3" long area of soft, fine bristles. Also included with the kit is a brush that is about 5" long that is on a plastic line similar to what you seee on the more substantial "wire ties". You fee the plastic line into the tubing and then pull the brush through the tubing. As I recall (getting ready to have a senior moment) there is a plastic line on each end of the larger brush so that you can work the brush back and forth through the tubing to remove any stubborn build-up.
