Ever try a Gotreid Meinl? (sp) I know of somebody playing one of these horns and the intonation is pretty much dead on and the sound is GREAT. He use to own a Hirbrunner and the intonation was a little wacky. Overall, these have great sound and blend. If you can find one, I would give it a try.
