An interesting tidbit with the Willson is the way they do inner slides. Most everyone uses heavier-walled tubing for the inner slides than for the crooks, but most just make sure that the OD of the slide matches the OD of the crook, letting the few extra thousandths of an inch of wall thickness be taken from the ID of the slide. Willson uses heavier-walled tubing but turns the final 1/2-3/4" of the inner slide OD to match the OD of the crook, keeping the ID constant. Does it matter much? I doubt it, but it's a novel approach.
