I agree with the idea that the PT6P is closer to the other two than the 7P. That said, I have had the chance to play a couple really GREAT 7P's. They are just a bit too big to (I feel) to be flexible. You would be a bit limited in your use of the horn. Out of the three, I feel the 2000 is the best for my playing. The couple I have had the chance to honk on were fantastic instruments. Nimble but powerful. I also grew up playing a 25 and a 32, so I am partial to MW tubas. As to your comment on the 2155, it may look like the 2000, but thats it. There is a reason the 2000 is more expensive. It is worth it!

Unless of course you sound better on one of the others. Then all bets are off.
