Scott,

I forgot to mention to you in my email that I have a 16 mm film of an educational concert that the newly formed New York Brass Quintet made in the mid 1950's that I found on ebay a couple of year ago. I had it dubbed onto a VHS. I contacted Bob Nagle and he wondered what had happened to film. The players were Bob and John Glasel (trpt), Frederick Schmidt (hn), Erwin Price (trb), and Herbie Wekselblatt (tba). The studio looked like someone's living room with a bunch of kids with pasted on smiles. The program was quite well done, though. I am in the process of donating it to Yale who is in charge of all their manuscripts and memorabilia. That was set up by Robert Nagle before he left Yale School of Music.
It has got to be worth a couple of thousand for my tax deduction! :-)

STEVE
