FWIW, Terry Warburton made some copies of a very big Helleberg cup many years ago. He copied the cup from one of Charles Villarubia's Mouthpieces (From what I remember) and stamped them E.F. (for Ed Firth) This was in the early '90's but he might have a few blanks that he can lathe a similar rim and backbore onto. This was a huge Helleberg cup. I don't know if this helps or not.
