I can second the Kuehn 60 Studies. Very much like a Rochut/Bordogni primer. Starts with easy keys/time signatures/rhythms and progresses nicely to challenging music. Great for developing melodic line, smooth slurs, and lyric style. Also great to use as antidote for higher/faster/louder playing.
