Waaaaaay too much pressure.
Firstly, you'd need someone to hold the horn securely, else it would go sliding across the floor.
Secondly, I've seen paint peeled off a car with one of those babies. If the water jet found a flaw in the silver plate who knows what might happen.
Thirdly, brass is soft. It would be possible for a perpendicular jet spray to actually dent the horn.
