Thanks for your input , Wade. But, I don't remember specifying new or expensive studies in my requests. The Bordogni and Blazhevich are excellent, I agree. Who knows? Maybe there is something out there that's older, cheaper, better and still in print(the Kuhn -Cimera method comes to mind for beginners). I was actually hoping for the oldie but goodie response in addition to the new improved variety as well(Bobo's new- yet, admittedly expensive- book is one of these). Keep 'em coming folks!
