Hello all!
I just wanted to let you know that this Saturday night (8pm), the NOI orchestra will be performing Meldelssohn-Bartoly's "Overture to Midsummernight's dream", the 2nd suite to Ravel's "Daphnis et Chloe", and the tuba friendly 5th Symphony by Prokofiev! The orchestra sounds great and I'd love to have some tuba appreciators to play for! The concert will be in the University of Maryland's beautiful concert hall at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center (on the U of M campus). If you need directions, just check out the NOI website, or the U of Maryland website.
