The music is some sort of of a fanfare-overture. Most likely played by the Coast Guard Band. near he end of the clip there is a euphonium soli, which splits out in a two part setting (maybe together with the horns). I almost never fail to be overwhelmed by such two part euph lines. I simply like that sound, so I found the clip far too short.
Can somebody tell me the name of the piece?
The recording probably is not commercially available, but I might dare to take a chance with the US embassy in Copenhagen.
