I am a euphonium player and I have been using the Ultrabreathe for about 2 months now. It's made a WORLD of difference in my playing and comfort of playing. If used daily and very disciplined, it can really teach you to breathe the correct way when playing your instrument. I recommend it to all brass players. It's very inexpensive and makes a huge difference in the way you play.
