Once, when I was on the road with Mr Jacobs, I went to Arby's to get lunch. Mr Jacobs told me to get a couple straws. That afternoon he had a student stick it in their mouth and breathe through it. Then he cut it in half - the student was breathing through two straws, cut it in half again and so on. Each time it increased the apature of the air opening. Did the same as the ultabreathe.
I do a variation of this, at a bar with a bet (of a beer) that I can improve breathing using stuff in the bar. Then I grab some bar straws and keep inserting them into someone's mouth. They look like an idiot but I always get a free beer.
