I discussed a concept I was working on with him at one time - the next thing I know he's pulled the rug out from under me. I believe that the intellectual property statute of limitations has not run out and I'm VERY tempted to get my buddy, the lawyer, involved in this. It isn't just horns or big dollar items and it isn't even sales. There is a serious vacuum surrounding the scruples - that's why I will not patronize his establishment - EVER.
