I didn't go back and re-read the entire discussion about Blue Shades to confirm this, but I don't recall this specific issue being covered. If it was, I apologize for as you put it stirring up a hornet's nest. It always makes me wonder about a person's motives when they post without their name. BTW, I think that charging more upfront and then granting copying privelages to that purchaser is a good idea.
