Actually, the prefix "bi-" can mean either occurring twice in every one or occurring once in every two. This makes it something good to avoid where precision is important. The prefix "semi-" means twice in every one, but I don't think that's what you mean. Wouldn't you want to skip the off lesson, making it once in every two? Tuba.
