It looks like you might be using your company's internet service to get online.
If you have a personal account (aol, att, sprint, hundreds of others, etc.) your personal server probably (???) provides you with a certain amount of "webspace". If you have this but don't know how to access it, the "help" phone number (often found on your bill each month) might have a person that can tell you how to set up basic web pages to post pictures.
