Any of the Hagerty's stuff works great if the mouthpiece is seriously tarnished.

BUT, make sure you follow up with dish soap & water on the rim, and all inside areas. You don't want to your chops to have a reaction with the tarnish inhibitor chemicals that the Hagertys will leave on these surfaces.

For routine cleaning after that, I find that toothpaste works great, IF you use plenty of water with it. Otherwise, The paste alone is more abrasive than really needed, as Klaus pointed out.
