A low cost/good option might be to purchase a Bach 25 COPY (cheaper) and have a good repairman (or simply a good metal lathe guy) turn the outside of the rim area down and reshape the rim until it looks like something you might wish to try out for awhile.

Sometimes there are some "old timey" small tuba mouthpieces on eBay, but often they are banged up badly and have undersize shanks.
