This is a Cerveny-built, 681-model Karl Ziess BBflat tuba. It was de-dented and re-lacquered four or five years ago and in addition to looking good is a very nice player! I was quoted 200 dollars for having the valve rotors swaged as they are a little noisy, but have not done them yet. When I switched to CC 4 years ago I sold another Ziess just like this one (for 2200) and this one is in much better shape and just as good a player!
