Lucks Music near Detroit--perhaps the largest orchestra music retailer, sells individual parts, and Planets is now public domain. I deal with them all the time for university and the regional orchestra I conduct, so do many many major orchestras. call 800-348-8749 and then the Planets is their catalog number 08901, and the part (ask for bass tuba) is $6.00.
