Are you needing new valves... or a whole new valve cluster which includes casing?
I've replaced one Yamaha valve (compensating) for $82, but if you need the whole valve cluster, that's a whole different ball of wax! I heard that Art Lehman did that to his Boosey and Hawkes Imperial some years ago at a big expensive. He just didn't like the feel (or sound) of the newer horns.
