Here's a thought...take some time to yourself to think back to when you decided that you really wanted to play tuba seriously.
What was it that caused you to make that decision? What got you hooked on playing the tuba in the first place?
Sound simplistic? Well, maybe it is, but when you really stop and give it some thought you might be surprised at how enlightening that whole thought process can be. It seems its so easy to lose track of why we started doing this in the first place. And quite possibly, once you rediscover the reasons behind it, your enthusiasm will rekindle itself.
For me, the whole reason for playing tuba for a living began simply becasue it was just plain fun!
