Mouthpiece Express will ship you a mouthpiece in a padded envelope. Since Yamaha mouthpieces come in a flimsy box, the overall protection is next to nothing. The Bobo Solo mouthpiece I got from Mouthpiece Express had clearly been dropped at some point in the shipping process and the shank was severely out of round.
While they have slightly better prices at Mouthpiece Express, I'd rather pay a little more at Brasswind or Dillons (where they had some in stock when I was there last week) to ensure that my purchase gets to me in perfect condition.
