Getting a bit rough on a current eBay auction this staement by Joe S. might give me an explanation (and even a consolation) why the 4 valve King is not speedying towards the roof pricewise.
I do have a soft spot towards large bores and a number of valves as much above 3 as possible. When I saw the monster 4 valve King coming up, I did not regret my buy of the 40K with its slightly narrower bore and, in my case, smaller bell of 24". But I surely would have gone for the King had I not allready had the 40K.
The statement of Joe has kept my love for the 40K up at a level where it ought to be.
