They sell St. Petersburg tubas there. I don't mean to be rude in directing you to the archives, but the subject comes up quite often and has been beaten to death. Check the archives for "St. Petersburg" or "St. Pete" and you should find all you need.
One more thing. From what I've heard, if you do order a horn from there, absolutely spend the extra money to get the valves honed.
