Any form of the Arban's book is a must for brass players. Now, if you already own the trombone/baritone book (which you didn't say) and if you are a tuba player, the Encore version would definitely be worth buying (over the trumpet version). There is additional stuff in the tuba/Encore version.n I own both trombone and tuba/Encore sets--great studies.
