Has anyone bought a B&S PT-15 in the last year or two and found the 2nd and 3rd valve combination (specifically for high C#) really flat. I have heard of few people having problems with this. I'm not sure if this is a flaw with the instrument. Please let me know of your experiences with these instruments. Thanks
