It is a fairly easy addition. The 621 CC, 621 BBb and the 621 F are all .689 bore and built on the same frame - so to speak. If you order the fifth valve assembly for the 621 F, you can have that installed right before the first valve on your CC (that is where it is on the F). The procedure is relatively simple. One cut in the leadpipe and soldering two ferrules and a couple of braces + the thumb mechanism. The only trick is extending the length of the tubing so that it lowers a flat hole step for CC, which of course is longer than F. The good news is that the Yamaha 621 F slide mechanism is easy to add tubing to, since it is a two-piece mechanism (the slide crook is seperate from the extension tubing allowing two different configuations). I would charge about $100 (labor) to perform this operation. The cost of the parts, well, that could run a few bucks. If you have any other questions, email me.
