I played his Variations for Tuba and Piano (The Cobbler's Bench). For those who don't know the Cobbler's Bench theme, we know it better as Pop Goes the Weasel. I played it for a Community College recital about 8 years ago. It was a definite crowd pleaser. Not necesssarily a difficult piece but fun and well written. Has 5 variations all whidh have effective tempo changes, and has a cadenza near the end. Definitely a piece worth looking into.
