the new 6/4 CC kalisson has a huge sound and even registers. the willson 5/4 CC is a sweet horn(i prefer willson). the best CC horns at the conference were the new PT-20(piston or rotary), and the willson 5/4 CC. the best f's were the yamaha 822, the pt-15,(the willson), and i really like the new kallison 5/4 f. it's big, but has a nice sound and plays unusually well in the high register. the meinel weston 45-p was ok. as well as the hirsbrunner hb-10. ......so many horns....so little time.
