I'll second Marty's recommendation of the Conn 2. Ron Phillips of UMI (Matt Walters has mentioned him in recent posts on the new Conn tubas) told me a couple of years ago that the cup was identical to the Helleberg 7B, but the rim is more comfortable and it has that 1930's funnel 'modern' shaped exterior. I use one on my Conn 20K sousaphone (the Conn 2 was original equipment) and find it very comfortable. An alternative would be a Schilke 66 which can be had with the same funnel exterior shape and rounded comfortable rim.
