polishing and plating - leaving all of the dents in the instrument - maybe a coupla grand, if you can find anyone who has time.
Playable sousas on eBay often go for about $500. $500 X 4 = $_____
You might be able to buy a completely re-done instrument (dents removed) for $2900 or so from Taylor Music, etc.
