Funny you should mention Don Goldie. I don't know anything about him,
but I have a Compact Jazz CD of Dixieland where he solos on the Basin
Street Blues and this solo really grabbed my attention like very few do,
enough so that I had to note his name. Did he seem exceptional to you?
